Privacy is paramount.

We take pride in treating our customers and each other with dignity and respect. Protecting our customers’ personal and business information is very important to us. We want you to know how we collect, use, safeguard and permit access to your customer personal information.

Insurance:
No party will be entitled to gain personal, business (health or financial) information about you outside the normal course of doing business as you request us to do.  While we may need information about you to gather and collect quotes or to process applications for insurance, we will not provide this to other outside parties for other non specific business related purposes.  We will not sell or trade your information to other parties

Information provide on an applications for insurance will only be provided to the carrier(s), which you applied for insurance.  No other party will be allowed this information unless we have written authorization from you releasing this information.  This may include your spouse, other family members, coworkers or any other person or entity.

In the process of applying for insurance the parties who need access to some or all of the information may include but not be limited to: the carrier, the carrier’s contracted companies which gather and hold information for the benefit of the carrier, the Medical Information Bureau (MIB) and the paramedical company.

Our offices are locked and information is stored in secure locations.  Computers are equipped with fire walls, passwords are changed regularly and employees sign a confidentiality agreement with our company to further insure the integrity of your privacy.

We are subject to HIPPA, however, we do not limit ourselves to only protecting your information because the government tells us to.

Real Estate:
We hold all information to be confidential unless you tell us otherwise. Personal and business information is considered private unless told otherwise.  Any information which could otherwise be obtained via public records is not considered private unless authorized to do differently.

While issues known about a property which may affect the value or marketability in a negative way maybe requested to held confidential, we as brokers have an ethical responsibility to communicate this in such a way so that parties are not damaged in a way that one party is benefited to someone else’s detriment.  These issues may include but not be limited to safety, environmental or structural.  Please note that we are not experts in all fields.  We are only real estate and insurance brokers.  Whenever, there appears to be an issue of note we encourage all parties to research and hire experts in the field that the issue may require and expert.  So that parties are fully and totally informed about the consequences pertaining to the situation or issue(s).
